- Taxes and Shipping
The Customer shall be responsible for the payment of all sales, use, and similar taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to the purchase of products from Bill's Online Store.
Orders may be canceled by emailing OnlineStore@BillsPrime.com within 1 hour in which you have placed the order. All cancellation requests must include the billing name and the order number. Although we will make every effort to process your cancellation request, an order cannot be cancelled once it has been prepared for shipment or sent out for delivery.
We offer different types of delivery options to ensure the best & safest guaranteed delivery. Bill's Seafood Restaurant will not be held responsible for any weather related situations that may impact any delivery from happening. We will try our best to ensure that you receive it promptly.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING CHOICES FOR BILL’S PRIME CRAB CAKES?
Depending on your destination zip code, the different FedEx shipping methods available to you may include:
|STANDARD OVERNIGHT||1 Day Air Service – Delivered by 3:00-4:30pm|
|PRIORITY OVERNIGHT||1 Day Air Service with an earlier delivery – Delivered by 10:30am|
Orders are shipped out Monday through Thursday, with 12:00 pm EST being the cut-off for an order to be received and shipped out the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST ship out the following business day. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST on Thursday do not ship out until the following Monday.

IS “SATURDAY DELIVERY” AVAILABLE?
We try to make every option available for our customers when it comes to deliveries. “Saturday Delivery”* is available in most areas. We ask that if you are interested in ordering our Bill’s PRIME Crab Cakes, Saturday deliveries will ship using FedEx Priority Overnight® service. In addition, there is a $15.00* surcharge for all Saturday deliveries. (* Some areas may cost more) When requesting Saturday delivery to rural areas, please call in advance before 12 pm EST on Friday to check availability. Since our Bill’s PRIME Crab Cakes are perishable, before we ship them, we plan ahead to make sure that they arrive there safely and frozen. We freeze our fresh crab cakes and use our Dry Ice Pack System that keeps perishables cold & frozen in transit for up to 30 hours.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped via FedEx Express. Our customers will receive an email with tracking information from our Customer Service Department. They can track their package with up-to-date transit times once the package has been picked up and is being shipped.
